I approached See Change to improve my fitness for our July ski trip. Regular one-on-one sessions with Catherine and a weekly outdoor group session with Maree, increased my leg strength and overall stamina. Catherine developed a targeted but varied program for me that meant more time on snow with less injury concerns. I even gained the confidence to enter my first cross-country ski race.
