Congratulations on booking a party at See Change - Once you have secured your date, you are required to pay a deposit of $250 (or full payment) to secure your booking. Full payment is required 21 days prior to your party. The deposit will only be refundable if more than 21 days notice is given. If less than 21 days notice is given and the timeslot is filled, a refund will be given.

On your invitation
Address: See Change PT, 432 Heidelberg Rd, Fairfield. * You may need to remind people this is a new location.
A Private Function direction sign will be at the front door.
Parking:
As the host, you can park in the driveway in the allocated See Change car spaces.
Guests can park on the side streets in the surrounding area. You can offer 2 of the other car spaces to any elderly or special guests.
Minimise Landfill:
We recommend and try to encourage minimizing the amount of land fill from each party. We have plates and cups available for use at no extra cost. We have separate bins for land fill, food waste, soft plastic and recycling. These will be marked and available in the party room. We can only hold 1 bag of hard rubbish per party, we request that anything more than this is taken with you.
Music:
See Change uses SONOS and Spotify for music. Kids Party Playlists can be selected from Spotify. If you have a specific playlist, our staff will help you connect to the speakers when you arrive.
Food Zone:
We will set up an area for children to eat. Please ensure children eat here rather than walk around with food. It is extremely difficult to get food out of the black gym matting, particularly squishy foods such as cake and jelly.
Party Timing:
Our staff will prompt you throughout the party with timings to ensure there is plenty of time for cake. They will clear tables prior to cake and then again afterwards to create more space for you as your guests leave. We recommend giving party bags to guests as they are leaving.
The party guests will need to leave by the end of the allocated timeslot to allow for clean-up and reset for the next party. This also helps with the parking restrictions of 2 hours in the area.
For parents who drop and go, please ask them to arrive 10 mins before the end of the party to start to collect their children.
Restrictions:
In order to keep the flooring safe and clean we ask that you do not bring bubbles or bubble machines. No Glitter, stickers or jelly.
The space is not suitable for Pinatas.
Limit of 25 children - please also minimise the number of extra adults attending. There is only seating for 25 children, with only standing room for adults.
Responsibilities:
See Change takes active steps to provide a safe environment by indicating areas and equipment not to be accessed during a function. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring any contractors and guests are aware of these areas to maintain safety.
Deposit:
A payment of the $250 deposit is accepting the terms and conditions of the Venue Hire. Full payment is required within 21 days of the party.

Party Package:
Each Party booking includes 5 Free Group training sessions which will be credited onto the account of the person who made the booking. You, friends or family are welcome to use these by checking into a class with their name. Check timetable for class times. All of our daytime and weekend classes are baby and child friendly.
