Here is your party timeline, setup checklist and payment details. You are required to pay a deposit of $250 (or full payment) to secure your booking. Full payment is required 21 days prior to your party. The deposit will only be refundable if more than 21 days notice is given. If less than 21 days notice is given and the timeslot is filled, a refund will be given.

On your invitation
Address: See Change PT, 445 Heidelberg Rd, enter via driveway access on Arthur St.
The front door will be locked, so guests will need to access via the large wooden door at the rear of the building. A Private Function direction sign will be on the driveway.
Parking:
Guests can park on Arthur St or the surrounding area, the driveway behind See Change can be used by the party holder. The mechanic is closed weekends, so you can offer the under cover area to any elderly or special guests.
Minimise Landfill:
We recommend and try to encourage minimizing the amount of land fill from each party. We have plates and cups available for use at no extra cost. We have separate bins for land fill, food waste, soft plastic and recycling. These will be marked and available in the party room. We can only hold 1 bag of hard rubbish per party, we request that anything more than this is taken with you. The See Change bins are the regular bins and recycling bin located at the end of the driveway. The skip bins undercover belong to neighbouring businesses – the cafe and Mechanic. Please do not use these.
Music:
See Change uses SONOS and Spotify for music. Kids Party Playlists can be selected from Spotify. If you have a specific playlist, please get in touch for further setup information.
Food Zone:
We will set up an area for children to eat. Please ensure children eat here rather than walk around with food. It is extremely difficult to get food out of the carpet and the black gym matting, particularly squishy foods such as cake and jelly.
The party guests will need to leave by the end of the allocated timeslot to allow for clean up and reset for the next party. Please let your guests know to arrive 10 mins before the end of the party to start to collect their children.
Party Package:
Each Party booking includes 5 Free Group training sessions which will be credited onto the account of the person who made the booking. You, friends or family are welcome to use these by checking into a class with their name. Check timetable for class times. All of our daytime and weekend classes are baby and child friendly.
Responsibilities:
See Change takes active steps to provide a safe environment by indicating areas and equipment not to be accessed during a function. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring any contractors and guests are aware of these areas to maintain safety.
Deposit:
A payment of the $250 deposit is accepting the terms and conditions of the Venue Hire. Full payment is required within 21 days of the party.
